Arrival & Departure Policy
» Check in and check out time is 12 noon early check-in & check out is subject to availability only.
» Pick up is free from international airport only (T&C apply)
Guarantee Policy
All booking must be guaranteed at time of reservation by credit card or travel agency.
Cancellation Policy
» FIT room reservation must be cancelled 10 days prior to the planned arrival.and group reservation must be cancelled 15 days prior to the planned arrival.
» One night stay will be levied for cancellation received up to 2 days prior to arrival.
» Full stay will be levied for cancellation received within 24 hours prior to arrival.
